OTAs charge hotels 15-25% commission on every booking, which gets passed to you in the room rate. By booking direct with us, the hotel saves that commission and passes the savings on to you — you get the lowest possible rate, often 10-25% below OTA prices.
Payment is collected immediately at the time of booking through our secure PayU payment gateway. You will receive an instant email and WhatsApp confirmation once payment is successful.
Visit "My Booking" on our website, enter your email or transaction ID, and click "Cancel This Booking" if your rate plan is refundable. Cancellation policies vary by rate plan — Flexible Rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, while Saver Rates are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive an email + WhatsApp confirmation when the cancellation is processed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking from all major Indian banks, EMI options, and wallets — all secured by PayU's industry-standard encryption.
